Wadhurst Castle is a truly unique venue in the picturesque village of Wadhurst in Sussex. Although it’s officially a castle it’s actually quite Bijou in size but don’t let that put you off it simply adds to the charm! Wadhurst Castle’s grounds are pretty special too with views of the open countryside where you and your guests can watch the livestock roam free whilst sipping on a sangria! Wadhurst castle has some fabulous rooms to get ready for your special day with plenty of natural light and room for all your bridesmaids! The building itself mixes old with new with plenty of the original architecture along with modern function rooms for dining / speeches etc. Highly recommend of you are looking for a Sussex wedding venue

Taken from Wadhurst Castle’s website :

“As featured in the season finale of ‘The Crown’, Wadhurst Castle is a very special venue. This hidden gem lies in the heart of an area of outstanding natural beauty on the borders of Kent and Sussex. A stunning venue that is exclusively yours on your special day. Wadhurst Castle is a beautiful Regency castle with a warm and welcoming atmosphere and magnificent gardens. The perfect setting for weddings and any other unforgettable celebration from a party of 2 up to 130 people.

The stunning views create the perfect backdrop to your wedding experience. Guests can take advantage of the variety of licensed rooms from the Victorian charm of the Winter Garden with its exotic plants, to the grandeur of the castle’s Drawing Room or the newly renovated and spacious Carriage Barn. In the summer our guests can enjoy open air ceremonies in the beautiful Walled Garden.”

Why Jonny & Lucy chose Wadhurst Castle

“We loved the front of the castle, as well as all of the lovely grounds and views. We thought that the South Lawn was a perfect space for all of our friends and family to enjoy the day. We also loved the staircase, where Lucy’s Dad will first see her in her dress.”

Jonny and Lucy’s wedding was pretty special! Jonny is a good friend of mine and a DJ on Heart FM. Naturally the entertainment was awesome, there was a gospel choir in the church and Jo from S Club made a surprise appearance at Wadhurst Castle which went down a storm!

Trailer from Wadhurst Castle
Feature film from Wadhurst Castle

Something not all videographers will do is provide you an insight into what a full feature film looks like. It’s super important to us that not only do we create you a super beautiful trailer but also a feature film that captures all of the key moments. Our Videography is real, natural and packed with authentic moments. My films are cinematic from start to finish, none of the clips I choose are just thrown in for the sake of it, everything has purpose in telling your story. Using key audio from the day I take you back to your wedding day in a way that is engaging so you and your family can enjoy the day back in all it’s beauty.
